What is the difference between Billing, Escrow, and CHRI Reviewing accounts?

Billing accounts allow agencies to prepay for applicant background checks. Reporting accounts allow agencies to generate reports based on the applicants that the agencies have registered. CHRI Reviewing accounts allows authorized users to review applicants’ CHRI online.

Who should sign the NMDPS User Agreement, CFR Training Acknowledgement and Rules of Behavior Acknowledgement?

The agency head should sign these documents. This will be the administrator account for reviewing online CHRI.

Where should the User Agreement, CFR Training Acknowledgement, and Rules of Behavior Acknowledgement be stored?

They should be stored in a secured location. They may be needed for auditing purposes.
